This course equips learners with the fundamental sensory, technical and contextual skills necessary to evaluate coffee quality consistently and professionally using standardized forms and protocols. It will empower them to make informed quality control, sourcing and communication decisions.
This 5-day course is composed of a series of structured learning modules, guided activities and 9 assessments. Passing all 9 assessments earns participants an SCI Certified Cupper Certificate valid for 3 years.

A minimum of six students is required.
