This course equips learners with the fundamental sensory, technical, and contextual skills necessary to evaluate coffee quality consistently and professionally using standardized forms and protocols. It will empower participants to make informed quality control, sourcing, and communication decisions.
This five-day course is composed of a series of structured learning modules, guided activities and nine assessments.
Passing all nine assessments earns participants an SCI Certified Cupper Certificate valid for three years.
You must also register on the SCI website to complete your enrollment.
