We will be hosting two days of retakes on June 6th & 7th for students who have completed the Q within the last 18 months but still need to pass one or more tests to complete their certification. The FlavorActive test will be held on Saturday June 7th.
Select this item ONLY for the FlavorActiv test. All other tests are available under the Q Retakes Item. Due to higher cost of materials, this test is not eligible for bulk discounts.

Because this is not a standard CQI course, we don't yet have a link to register with them but will follow up once we align on the process for communicating retakes with their tracking system.
Students who want to fast-track into the new "Evolved Q" license will also need to successfully complete a separate CVA for Cuppers class before December 31st, 2025.
