This one-hour online class provides a comprehensive training on techniques and best practices necessary to confidently operate a sample roaster. Participants will learn essential knowledge to reliably roast and prepare coffee samples for sensory analysis and purchasing decisions. We will address the purpose of sample roasting, standards, and equipment. Additionally, we will cover pre-roast preparation, how to successfully manage the roasting process itself, and factors to consider after the roast.
